The Beginning
Ignited Minds (IM) was conceptualized by a team of IITians, ISROites, DRDOites and many more professionals from esteemed institutions with a need to create a bridge between industry-institution-society so that their mutual co-operation provides solutions to industry problems, institution placements and society welfare. Ignited Minds is driven by the philosophy of earn while learn, change in mindset from jobseeker to job provider and inception of start-up culture among the students.
Initially, programme was executed by students and faculties of NABI and IISER Mohali. Thereafter programme was extended to Vidya Bharati Punjab and presently all over Bharat programmes are run by Ignited Minds.
The motivation to run an interface organization is to prepare the students of underprivileged background and economically weaker sections in such a way that they get the exposure what all others get. The programmes of Ignited Minds are so interesting and exciting that hundreds of prominent personalities like IAS, IPS, IRS, PCS, Scientists, Doctors, Engineers, Social Workers, Defense Personnel, etc., are working as regular/part-time faculties to uplift the lives of underprivileged and weaker section students in terms of professional exposure, career selection, understanding of fundamentals, preparation of nations’ top examinations, etc.
In addition, several companies of esteemed reputation, organizations, trusts, NGOs, State Governments, Central Ministries, Universities, Colleges, Schools, Spiritual organizations have entrusted Ignited Minds to be partner with to shape the lives of these students. Ignited Minds has thousands of institutions and hundreds of industry in its reach wherein Ignited Minds is acting as a bridge.

The present day industry needs to upgrade itself periodically and resolve the problems occurring with the demand of the customer and fast changing technology. The establishment of the infrastructure for each problem and technology update is not possible for each industry player. In this scenario, the survival becomes difficult for them. Hence, IGNITED MINDS a brain child of IITians and ISROites was emerged out to fill this vacuum.
Institutions
The young and igniting minds of institutions are always curious to explore new horizons in every aspect. The present day education system is not only making the cramming but also posing a big hurdle to expand their wings. IGNITED MINDS was thought of to fill this vacuum where real time industry problems will be fed to these young and igniting minds right from their baby steps in institutions. The scenario full of real time problems, the environment to tackle them, the atmosphere for inculcating new ideas, the ways to realise their ideas, the ease of fund availability for startups, etc., are the things paved to these igniting minds.

Present day users face many challenges in getting the products of their desires. This is the major vacuum to be filled by IGNITED MINDS. The requirement of the users will be understood, the same will be taken to industry the challenges in realizing the same will be choke out by IGNITED MINDS team and same will be resolved through IGNITED MINDS study circles run in institutions.

Virtual fund concept is the major breakthrough for getting new technologies, funding in futuristic projects, getting low cost workforce, etc. The virtual fund is a fund given to IGNITED MINDS by collaborating industries to obtain the services mentioned above.

Team IGNITED MINDS
Team IGNITED MINDS, a place where minds shine brighter than Stars. IGNITED MINDS is a socio-educational initiative wherein industry-institution-society interact on real time basis which is led by a group of Faculties from Diverse Academic Backgrounds and Eminent Colleges like IITs, NITs, etc., and Organisations such as ISRO, Nationalized Eminent Banks, Offices of Government in top capacities, Industry, Startups, etc.
Having themselves cleared all the exams and having taught hundreds of students for these exams Faculties have a very deep first-hand experience of facing that competition and preparing other students for the same. This makes it a very practical experience for the Children. It lets them face the current scenario of competition from very beginning and makes their dream of becoming a Doctor, an Engineer, Lawyer or anything else, a much smoother journey than it would have been if they did not build this foundation for which Ignited Minds has been brought forward.
Although several regular faculties of this Programme are Eminent Personalities with vast experience, our advisor felt to associate more eminent personalities to this programme so that these Young and Ignited Minds get exposure of all the known professions from the expert professionals. On this line, our advisor approached such personalities and almost everyone welcomed and appreciated this Programme. They immediately gave their consent to support this Programme as Visiting Faculties. These Visiting Faculties will interact with these Young and Ignited Minds on weekly/fortnightly/monthly basis. IGNITED MINDS is a group of professionals and students who are willing to spare their few hours on weekly and monthly basis to uplift the needy students and other members of the society ensuring their participation in nation building as an individual.
Three key ways of working. 1. Professionals guide college students and prepare them to play a pivotal role in achieving their aims and helping school students. 2. Professionals and prepared college students impart their experiences to government or downtrodden school students and guide them to achieve their aims in life. 3. Professionals, college students and industrialists work together for the mitigation of industry problems through the study circles run by IGNITED MINDS in colleges, take innovative ideas from these Young IGNITED MINDS to realize newer products and make an eco-system for villagers and other members of the society to improve livelihood and generate employment.
An array of professionals who work without any benefit for the society train College students to further discharge their duties for social cause. These trained college students reach nearby villages and run variety of programmes in collaboration with industries and startups for villagers to solve their problems.

Yes. Study Circles for college students are the flagship programmes of IGNITED MINDS. Professionals mainly impart their experience to them and these young and IGNITED volunteers take the torch of its programmes to schools and villages.
